About Caroline Mahony

Caroline  is a qualified Reflexologist and a member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI). She completed her Diploma in Reflexology at the Natural Healing Clinic in Cork & graduated with a distinction. 

Her studies did not finish there, to gain further experience & expertise Caroline also completed courses which focused on the following:

 - Fertility Reflexology

 - Maternity Reflexology

 - Reflexology in Cancer Care

 - ART - Advanced Reflexology Technique

 

​Caroline graduated with 2.1 Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Information Technology & Telecommunications from the University of Limerick. She worked as a software developer for 10 years prior to starting her reflexology business. She enjoyed working in the software sector but there was probably always something missing - after all, computers are not people! 

It was a friend who first recommended reflexology to Caroline, a treatment to help de-stress & possibly help with curbing re-occurring colds & chest infections. It only took one treatment to feel the benefits. This visit ignited her curiosity in this wonderful holistic therapy &  you could say the rest is history! 

Caroline also completed a course in Ayurveda Head Massage in Bali Bisa, an award winning Wellness Institute in Bali.
